Create Heaven on Earth

One Human Being At a Time

Together

This project begins with a simple conviction: we are a nation under God, called to live out the truth that all people are created equal and endowed by their Creator with unalienable rights. Yet our history reveals deep wounds—slavery, dispossession, discrimination, and division—that contradict that calling. As we approach the 250th anniversary of our founding, this podcast and curriculum invite Americans to remember our true essence, tell the truth about how we got here, and pursue restorative justice. By listening, lamenting, repairing, and rebuilding civil society—from families and neighborhoods to institutions and systems—we seek to renew our national covenant before God for the next 250 years.

The Mystery School of You

A Hero Journey

  • This is not therapy, and it is not someone “fixing” you. 1–1 Doula Coaching is sacred support for the hardest kind of labor there is: becoming a new version of yourself.

Just like a birth doula doesn’t deliver the baby but stands beside the mother, we don’t live your life for you—you do the heavy lifting. We walk with you through the contractions of change:

    • Naming what must end and what wants to be born

    • Holding space for grief, anger, guilt, and hope

    • Practicing courage, accountability, and self‑compassion

    • Designing small, concrete steps toward the woman you choose to become

Whether you’re inside, coming home, or simply ready for a different life, 1–1 Doula Coaching is here to help you “birth” your new humanity with support, dignity, and clear, loving guidance.60-minute video call packed with wow moments.

  • Group Jam Sessions

Where women work it out together

If 1–1 Doula Coaching is like a private birth room, Group Jam Sessions are like a circle of women gathering to “work it out” together—heart, mind, and spirit.

A “jam session” is when musicians come together without a rigid script. They listen to each other, bring their own sound, and create something new in the moment.

Our Group Jam Sessions work the same way:

    • Small circles of women (inside, reentering, or in community)

    • Guided by a simple theme each time—like second chances, forgiveness, mother‑wounds, anger, trust, calling

    • Light structure (opening check‑in, a short teaching or story, a question), then open conversation

    • Everyone gets a turn; no one is forced to share more than they choose

    • We practice restorative listening: no fixing, no preaching, just honest voices and real presence

    These sessions:

    • Help women realize, “I’m not the only one.”

    • Turn shame into shared wisdom.

    • Build the muscles of civil society—respect, courage, truth‑telling, and grace.

Group Jam Sessions are where we learn to “improvise” a new way of being human together—right in the middle of real life.

  • When life hits hard, you don’t just need concepts—you need a plan and a toolbelt.

The Refuge Plan is a simple, personal menu of practices you can turn to when you feel triggered, overwhelmed, hopeless, or tempted to go back to old patterns. We’ll help you design your own mix of:

    • Centering practices: centering prayer, breath work, quiet time

    • Recovery spaces: 12‑step meetings and other circles of honesty

    • Sacred readings: Scripture, Gospel, wisdom texts that ground and guide you

    • Spiritual protection: “putting on the armor of God,” blessing yourself and your day

    • Rituals of reset: candles, journaling, music, forgiveness and gratitude practices

    • Sacred spaces: churches, temples, Native lands, nature, walking paths, or a coffee with like‑minded souls

Your Refuge Plan is your go‑to map when things get rough—so you don’t have to figure it out in the middle of the storm.

Why We Teach with a Smile

We teach with a smile because we are guiding people back to what they were born for: freedom and liberation.

We believe the United States was meant to be a place where people could live out their free will under God—a container where human dignity and responsibility could grow. Human beings are the only species that has to learn everything; we must be taught how to live free.

We remember that we are all children of one Creator, who desires that we live free—even when we are oppressed, even when systems try to shrink us. Freedom, though, comes at a cost: the courage to educate ourselves, to face our collective and individual unconscious, and to see how we’ve been shaped by fear, trauma, and power.

In this work, we invite each person into their own individuation process—what Carl Jung called the “philosopher’s stone”: the lifelong journey of becoming who you truly are, integrating light and shadow.

We smile because, even in hard truths and heavy stories, we know where this path leads: toward a deeper, truer freedom than any system can give or take away.
